ABOUT HIWANG PAMANA
A project that started with the desire to preserve, document, and archive the traditional Pabalat papaer-cutting art of San Miguel, Bulacan. Hiwang Pamana promotes cultural appreciation among people and showcases the efforts of local artists.
MISSION
Hiwang Pamana aims to document the history of Pabalat and make its information accessible for Filipinos by providing videos, tutorials, and featuring the artists who practice this craft.

To aid in the preservation of the traditional craft of Pabalat.

Angeli Kristine “Chris” Villamor
Motion Graphics Artist
Chris is a multimedia artist from Bulacan who wants to help preserve Pabalat. She was the motion graphics artist of the team, as well as the director and writer of Episode 1 of the documentary series.
Aaliyah Rania “Lia” Cartera
Director of Photography
Lia is a dedicated multimedia arts student who values creativity and cultural storytelling. She specializes in graphic design, 3D modeling, and simple video editing, bringing a thoughtful touch to every project especially her work on the art of Pabalat.
Guia Rose “Rose” Buquiron
Creative Director
Rose is a multimedia artist that is dedicated in keeping the Pabalat craft alive. Her role in the team is the creative director of Hiwang Pamana. She is the director and writer of Episode 2 of the documentary series.
